General Treatment
- Helps to manage, eliminate and prevent further infestations.
- Choose from the pests below and combine them all in one treatment.
- Cockroaches, webbing spiders, silverfish, bedbug treatment and preventative strategies, wasp and bee eradication, flies, millipedes, mosquitoes, army worm and other lawn grub treatments and advice, end of lease property spray, carpet beetle treatment, fleas, German cockroaches, mice and rats, possums, termite inspections.
- Best results if treated annually. The most effective time of year to spray is September / October.
- Our combination of chemicals are low toxic, and pet and family friendly.
Termites
- We provide inspections and treatments as well as pre-purchase inspections.
- Visual inspections using specific termite detecting tools including: moisture meter, heat thermal camera, Termatrac sensor and camera probe.
- We provide extensive written reports which include numerous strategies for treatment and prevention of termites.
- We use low toxic and non toxic chemicals and bait stations to eliminate termite colonies.
- Comprehensive pre-purchase reports include structural, water leaks, drainage and ventilation and all timber pests including termites.
- In-ground monitoring and baiting systems, non-toxic chemical barriers as well as physical barriers for termite prevention.
German Cockroaches
- Smaller than the more common larger cockroaches, Germans breed quickly — between 30–50 nymphs per egg capsule, all year round. They thrive in humidity and are found most commonly in kitchens and bathrooms.
- We use a combination of chemicals, baits and monitoring devices to treat infestations.
- All chemicals used are safe in food preparation areas and there is no need to empty any cupboards.
- We use an IGR which inhibits the life cycle of the cockroach and prevents the juvenile nymph reaching adult stage and breeding.
Termite Dog Robuck
In an inspection we can see termite activity — but a lot of the time termites do their damage undetected. The odour they emit passes through the walls where they're feeding, and that scent can be detected by Robuck.

Rodents
- We have many strategies for managing and eradicating rodents, including baiting, trapping, catch and release.
- We recommend containing all bait in a pet and childproof lockable bait station that is discreet and versatile around the property.
- We also provide advice and management strategies for prevention of infestations.
- We have products that will absorb the smell of deceased rodents to make life more bearable if unable to remove.
- Service also provided for removal of deceased rodents.

Before we arrive
Preparation for treatment
A few things to sort before the visit so we can treat everything properly.
Access for the technician
- Driveway accessible for the working vehicle to park.
- Any locked areas made accessible.
- Roof void access cleared for the technician's ladder.
- Subfloor access free of obstructions.
- Running water may be required, and you may be asked to turn the power off for roof void safety.
Outside the house
- No clothes on the clothes line.
- Cover anything outside you value and don't want sprayed.
- Close windows and doors once spraying has commenced.
Inside the house
- Move light objects — clothes, kids toys, bean bags — away from interior walls to expose the skirting boards.
- Tell the technician on arrival about any areas you don't want sprayed.
- It's recommended to leave the property while spraying, if convenient.
If you have pets
- Remove food and water bowls.
- For hygiene reasons, please pick up the dog faeces.
Afterwards
- Remove spider webs 5–10 days after treatment.
- Wash windows after treatment rather than before.
